Emma spent the subsequent years after graduating from the University of Manchester working as PR Manager for some of the most beautiful luxury Relais & Chateaux hotels with Michelin starred restaurants in both the UK and the South of France.
Emma has a passion for seafood as well as a taste for adventure and in 2015 she spread her wings and moved to Melbourne, Australia where she spends much of her time exploring new restaurants and hotels, playing netball and hitting the slopes to ski whenever she has a spare weekend. Emma is also a huge fan of the Wim Hof Method and is extremely passionate about all things spa, health and wellness.
