Tomorrow is National Cosmopolitan Day, so we thought we would take a look at something a little bit different this year from Kavka Vodka, a classic style Polish vodka that has a big confident character.
Kavka Vodka was launched just a couple of years ago in 2021 by award-winning Cocktail Barman Karol Terejlis and Jan Woroniecki in collaboration with Master Distiller, Urszula Wojcik.
Kavka Estate Vodka is made with column still rye and wheat spirits, blended with pot still fruit spirits, and is a classic vodka with real depth, complexity and a rare smoothness.
Kavka Estate Cosmopolitan
The award-winning Kavka Estate, which was launched in 2021, is a blend of rye and wheat spirits with added apple and plum fruit spirits. The apple brings a crisp acidity to it, while the plum gives the vodka its natural sweetness and depth, making it a classic, bold and versatile vodka.
To create the Kavka Estate Cosmopolitan, you will need 50ml Kavka Estate, 25ml Fortunella Orange Liqueur, 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice and 15ml Raspberry Syrup.
Simply add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Then strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist for the perfect Cosmo.

Kavka Orchard Cosmopolitan
Launched last month, Kavka Orchard is a naturally sweet and delicate blend of plum, apple and fine grain spirits. It is sourced and distilled in the ancient Polish market town of Sandomierz and has a natural sweetness and depth, perfect for drinking it on its own, in a cocktail or with a refreshing mixer and is the ideal summer drink.
To create the Kavka Orchard Cosmopolitan, you will need 50ml Kavka Orchard, 25ml Fortunella Orange Liqueur, 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice and 30ml Cranberry Juice.
Then add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake before straining into a cocktail glass and garnishing it with an orange twist.
Kavka Orchard Vodka retails from £29.95 for 70cl. ABV: 38% and is available from: Amazon and will be coming soon to Master of Malt.
