I recently visited Emilia’s Crafted Pasta in Victoria to try some of their renowned handmade pasta with a glass or two of Italian vino. It is the group’s fifth site in London, drawing inspiration from the founder’s travels around the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Each restaurant interior combines the simple, earthy, cosy and homely atmosphere that can be found in Italy with individual features that capture and reflect the history of the building and its surrounding areas.
