Mariage Frères, the luxury tea emporium, has just launched their brand new ‘Rhapsody’ tea collection, which consists of a range of delicious white teas, each with its own unique notes and flavour composition. The tea is packaged in the brand’s signature cotton muslin sachets for optimum flavour infusion, ensuring a ‘rhapsody’ of flavours, and comes packaged in an elegant and colourful box.
Rainbow Rhapsody® is an exuberant composition of white tea with sparkling accents of fruit, rosy intonations and an invigorating balance of citrus which will no doubt excite the palate. The beautiful box is decorated with white polka dots and bright rainbow colours, enticing you to gather around a pot of Rainbow Rhapsody tea with family and friends.
To prepare, simply, add 1 muslin in 20 cl of spring water at 85°C and infuse for 7 minutes for the perfect cuppa.
Earl Grey Rhapsody® is a new addition to the Mariage Frères collection of bergamot teas. This white tea is blended with pure, elegant bergamot and is beautifully packaged in a black box with white polka dots and bright green colours.
To prepare, simply, add 1 muslin in 20 cl of spring water at 85°C and infuse for 7 minutes.
Opéra Rhapsody® is a rather delightful composition of white tea with rose and is rich with accents of vanilla and red fruits, warming the palate with notes of velvet. The black box accented with orange and gold evoking the (operatic) limelight.

The final new tea in the collection is the Tokyo Rhapsody® which has been inspired by the rhapsody of colours illuminating the temples and gardens of Tokyo. It is a white tea with the delicate flavour of Japanese fruit and maple syrup, and the impressive pink infusion resonates with sparkling and festive notes.
As with the other three teas above, simply, add 1 muslin in 20 cl of spring water at 85°C and infuse for 7 minutes.
All four teas retail for £24. To find out more about Mariage Frères and the new collection, please visit: www.mariagefreres.com.
