The Bottle Cocktail Shop in Islington has collaborated with Cazcabel Tequila to launch a special bottled Cazcabel Margarita.
This harmonious blend of spice, Cazcabel Tequila and agave will no doubt prove popular with Londoners as spicy and agave based cocktails continue to dominate this year’s beverage trends here in the UK, and this new bottled drink will no doubt appeal to cocktail enthusiasts up and down the country who can now enjoy the Cazcabel Margarita in the comfort of their home and able to create a Margarita cocktail for any social occasion.
Inspired by the iconic smokey and piquant Cascabel pepper, which is very much a staple ingredient in Mexican cuisine, the bottled Cazcabel Margarita is a celebration of Mexico’s vibrant flavours and traditions.
This new creation has been meticulously crafted by The Bottle Cocktail Shop’s GM Tait Kirk and Co-Founder Ciarán Smith who is also an esteemed bartender with accolades that include the Top 50 Cocktail Bars UK award and nominee for the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Based on the citrus and black pepper notes of the award-winning Cazcabel 100% Agave Blanco Tequila, this bottled cocktail creation is enhanced by a spicy kick of the Poblano Chile Liqueur. You will also notice the caramel-roasted blue agave notes come through to deliver a well-balanced flavourful cocktail.
At the heart of this spicy cocktail is a seven year old 100% Blue Weber agave tequila. And for those unfamiliar with Cazcabel Tequila, it is created in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains and a testament to the Vazquez family’s four generations of expertise in the art of tequila production.
