Panther M*lk: This Year’s Ultimate Alternative Cream Liqueur

For those of us choosing not to have a Dry January, Glasgow’s Panther M*lk, the world’s first premium, ready-to-drink oat milk cocktail, has the perfect indulgent alternative to a traditional cream-based liqueur with which to toast the start of new year.

Back in June of last year, I wrote about the launch of their stylish new bottle design and creamy, smooth and potent cocktails made with more-ish oat milk with hints of spice, molasses and a fierce after bite, available in four delicious flavours: Panther M*lk Crema, Rosa, Cafe and Menta.

What’s so good about Panther M*lk is that it offers a plant-based option, meaning that everyone can enjoy a great tasting alternative cocktail as it is vegan, gluten-free and made with sustainably sourced ingredients. Panther Milk Cocktails

For Espresso Martini lovers, Panther M*lk have come up with a Panther Latte Martini, which is an easy-to-shake creamy, potent alternative. You can make it with either Panther M*lk Cafe or Crema. Not only is it fun to make but it’s also a modern twist on a classic serve that can be easily made at home.

All you need is 50ml Panther M*lk Cafe or Crema, 25ml Coffee Liqueur, 2 shots Espresso, a glug of sugar syrup and sprinkle of cinnamon for a garnish. You will also need a cocktail shaker and strainer.

Simply prepare your coffee and let it cool down before adding all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well and then strain the contents into your favourite cocktail glass. Finally garnish the foam on the top with a few coffee beans and a sprinkling of cinnamon as a final touch.
