7 Pines Resort Ibiza

Newly opened this year, 7 Pines Resort Ibiza is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. This stunning resort sits on top of cliffs surrounded by pine forest overlooking the sea and is within walking distance of secluded Cala Conta and Cala Colador beaches. With great sunset views and set in an area of 56,000 square metres, the all-suite property is unashamedly super luxurious with a number of unique touches.  It has 186 huge suites in a village-style setting, surrounded by sprawling gardens. Some of the open plan suites have their own swim-up pools and all have modern, neutral design which makes the most of natural light. The heart of the resort is the stunning infinity pool. 7 Pines also has its own Pershing yacht on hand for guest transfers and charter.

Pure Seven, the resort’s spa, has six treatment rooms. Meditation and yoga are on offer and indoor and outdoor personal trainers available.

7 Pines Suite

Elegant suites are either one or two bedroom each with their own House Bar with wines, spirits, mixers and cocktail-making kit, recipe book and glass and ceramic ware. illy coffee machine and a variety of snacks are also provided. Large comfortable sofas come with colourful cushions and throws in the lounge area and all rooms have flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi and a Seven Pines beach basket with signature beach towels. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and shower rooms have lovely Molten Brown toiletries. 7 Pines has its own App to help guests find their way around the resort, make bookings for the restaurants and spa and arrange transport and activities.

7 Pines View Restaurant

The View Restaurant is, as its name suggests, the best place to sit and enjoy the sea from its clifftop position. Open for breakfast and à la carte dinner, it has its own bread oven and Chef’s Table set around an open kitchen. The Cone Club serves Mediterranean sharing plates with Arabic and Asian influences and is open from lunchtime until late evening in a relaxed beach club style atmosphere. The Pershing Yacht Terrace is a sophisticated cocktail bar and is the first in the world to be designed by the Pershing Yacht team to copy the yacht’s clean lines and chic style. Glowing torches and a chilled out play list make this an ideal spot for a nightcap.

Light meals, snacks and drinks are available from the pool bar. In-room dining is on offer and is delivered to your suite by bicycle. Guests in the larger suites can request a private BBQ chef to prepare a meal in their garden.

All in all, I found the staff to be pleasant whilst the service is excellent, with great attention to detail.
