Well, for a start children aged 12 and below stay and dine free of charge whilst families get to enjoy full board dining that includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner served across selected venues in the resort. You will also receive a $150 credit per stay that you can use in the restaurants and Explore Spa by Le Méridien. There is also a daily minibar replenishment service that includes a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in case you feel peckish in the middle of the night.
Family-fun activities
All the family can enjoy the crystal clear water every day whether it be kayaking, paddleboarding or snorkelling, so you can experience the lagoon in all its beauty. There is also a daily activity programme which includes yoga, Pilates, beach volleyball, scavenger hunts and live music entertainment.
Parents can enjoy some down time together and leave the children at the Le Méridien Family Kids Hub for children aged 4-12 which has outdoor spaces and a dedicated toddler area. There are different activities for children to enjoy each day, from creative workshops and outdoor games to hands-on things to do designed to spark curiosity and imagination such as the signature Kids’ Night Camping, where they can enjoy stargazing, board games and storytelling under the Maldivian sky. It is also a wonderful opportunity for children to make new friends.
Families can spend time with the resident marine biologist at the Marine Conservation Hub and get an insight into the island’s surrounding marine life as well as take a closer look at one of the Maldives’ largest hydroponic gardens on a Greenhouse Tour.
For those looking to return home a little fitter from their holiday, the Waves Fitness Centre can put together a dedicated fitness programme that can be designed for all levels.

The three-bedroom Thilamaafushi Beach Villa has space for six adults and three children and is perfect for multi-generational stays. The villa also has its own private beach, pool and jacuzzi for complete privacy.
The Family Fun Summer Package is available for two adults and two children aged 12 and below and is available to book until 15th June 2026 for stays from 15th April to 20th December 2026, with a minimum of four consecutive nights.
