Hillside Beach Club – Classical Music On The Sea

With three pristine golden-sand beaches that open up on the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea, Hillside Beach Club in southern Turkey is an idyllic location to spend a post-lockdown holiday.

A beautiful spa will help you to rejuvenate and recharge the batteries, whilst a choice of three restaurants that serve traditional Turkish Mezze’s, Italian dishes and cuisine from around the world will satisfy even the most demanding diner. And for those of you who want to keep fit, well Hillside Beach Club has a gym, mini football field and swimming pool. You can also play beach volleyball, go diving, sailing or simply take a hike on their nature walk.

Hillside Beach Club

If you enjoy taking in a bit of culture and enjoy classical music, well on 7th August 2020, Hillside is hosting a live orchestra who are performing classical music floating on a platform in the bay on the Aegean Sea as the sun sets in the distance. While guests will be able to enjoy this wonderful experience live from the beach, Hillside are keen to share the evening with as many other people as possible who can’t be there in person, by creating a video shared on YouTube, so it can be enjoyed much further afield. The video below was taken last year at the 2019’s Classical Music on The Sea Concert.

This rather special Classical Music on the Sea Concert will give families and couples staying at Hillside Beach Club, the chance sit back and relax on the beach with a cocktail or glass of Champagne as they listen to the stunning sounds of the orchestra float across the turquoise coloured sea with the backdrop of the sky’s beautiful colours and sun setting in the distance. The Classical Music on The Sea Concert is part of a wider week-long series of musical themed activities and events that guests can enjoy this summer. For example, children will be able to learn to play the piano or improve their skills in a series of workshops. They can even create their very own statues of famous musicians such as Beethoven at the resort’s Artside, while the evenings can be spent listening to live jazz sessions and jams with local musicians.

So, if you are looking for a holiday where you return home with more than just a good suntan, then a flight to Turkey and stay at Hillside Beach Club should be high on your list. It is a place where you are encouraged to expand your horizons, learn a new skill or simply spend a few hours enjoying your favourite pastime. Hillside’s calendar is packed with special events and themed weeks to help you make the most of your summer holiday and there really is no better setting.
