From each of the villas it is a short walk down to the golden sand of the private, palm-fringed beach. Early morning walks along the beach are ideal for watching birds flitting between the foliage. Later in the day bathers take their place under shades to read, relax and soak up the sunshine down on the beach.

A family of dolphins frequently visits Tamarin Bay and excursions are offered to view the marine mammals. The bay opens into the Indian Ocean and its pleasantly warm water is lovely to swim in. Alternatively, it’s possible to take a dip in the Maradiva’s heated infinity pool.
