Small-ship specialist Sail Croatia has unveiled a series of all-new cruises to discover the grapes and wines of the Dalmatia coastal region.

The Wines of Croatia sailings in 2024 are among the line’s programme of Elegance Cruises which feature the most luxurious ships in the fleet with air conditioned cabins, spacious dining saloons and large sundecks.

Suitable for wine buffs and wine novices alike, the wine cruises will provide passengers with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural, cultural and historical sights of Croatia while building on their wine knowledge.

Departing from the UNESCO town of Split, guests can enjoy a wine jeep safari on the largest island of Brac, sip wine in the Stari Grad plains of Hvar, delve into the history of Vis from the world’s only winery in a military tunnel, explore Marco Polo’s Korcula and relax in nature in Mljet, before ending in the medieval city of Dubrovnik.

The three ships chosen to operate the new itinerary – Olimp, Esperanza and Queen Jelena – have a maximum capacity of 38 guests.

Helle Seuran, Managing Director of Sail Croatia said:

“Our new cruises give our guests the opportunity to indulge their passion for wine, whilst also enjoying a relaxing week exploring the Adriatic on one of our deluxe superyachts. Our wine cruises offer great value for money and are ideal for wine-lovers who want to explore a new region in luxury. What could be more luxurious than arriving at a winery on a luxury small ship?”

The sailings depart on 28th April, 21st July and 6th October 2024. Fares start from £1,579 per person including a welcome reception, breakfast and lunch daily, captain’s dinner, local village dinner, winery tours and wine tastings plus return airport transfers.

Sail Croatia is a family-owned and run company that launched in 2005. Its ships are locally owned and operated by Croatian families.

The company offers a choice of luxury small ship cruises, active sailings and party cruises, providing cruise experiences to suit a range of travel styles and budgets. It has over 430 small ship departures available each year, from April through to October.
