Japanese watchmaker Orient has just introduced four new Orient Bambino 38 models to its Classic Collection that feature a small seconds subdial with a variety of colour options.
The new timepiece has been reworked to accommodate the small seconds subdial which gives it a more balanced look along with with a new thinner case making it a more wearable everyday watch.
For many years now the Orient Bambino has been a bestseller around the world, much loved for its traditional classical dial, its domed glass lens and delicate case with slender lugs. These new models combine the 38.4mm case introduced in 2022 for a more comfortable fit, with a small seconds subdial placed on the four colour dials.
The new dial colour variants include a classic black, silver and ivory so that the wearer can choose a watch that suits them individually. The dial has a subtle sunray finish and matte coating that gives the watch a gentle warmth sense of composure.
The stainless steel case is fitted with either a 20mm wide black or brown calf leather strap with pin buckle that complements the colour of the dial.
The new Bambino 38 models are powered by an automatic (with hand winding) in-house calibre F6222 along with time and date indicators and have a stable accuracy ranging between +25 seconds to -15 seconds per day, along with a 40-hour power reserve. The watches are also water resistant to 30 metres.
With elegant, coloured dials, a simple display with hour and minute hands, date and small seconds, this new compact Orient Bambino 38 is the perfect everyday watch with all four models currently available to purchase from Orient Watches official UK website with prices starting from £287.99.
