Gearing Up for Better Weather

Sprayway GORE-TEX jackets

Function first is the inspiring ethos behind an exciting new range of coats launched for the spring and summer season.

Leading clothes specialists at Sprayway always aim to be one step ahead and their vision for good quality and adaptable gear is second to none.

The latest to come onto the Sprayway catwalk are the Arderin and Sawel GORE-TEX jackets for men and women, with differing designs to suit all tastes.

The jackets are just the ticket for day to day outings and adventures and are as much at home in the fells of the Lake District to the urban sprawl of Sprayway’s hometown of Manchester.

A protective GORE-TEX ePE membrane is combined with a simple, yet functional feature set for both the Arderin for men and Sawel for women jackets which are crafted from a two-layer Next Gen GORE-TEX, with ePE membrane, laminated to a 75D plain weave recycled polyester face fabric and with a FC-free DWR finish.

They also have a mesh and taffeta lining for all day comfort, a grown on fully adjustable hood with stiffened peak offering full protection from intermittent summer showers and adjustable cuffs and hem for a customised fit.

The jackets are built for versatility. They feature storm guard protected pockets, ideal for safely storing personal items when out and about on the hill or around town.

Fully waterproof and windproof, they’re designed for unpredictable British summers, while remaining breathable to keep you comfortable and dry, even during intense activity.

Sizes come in from small to XXL and in a variety of trendy colours. The jackets retail at £170 and reflect the ethical nature of the firm, which is a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, an independent and non for profit organisation which works with firms around the world to ensure the labour conditions in the factories that produce the goods are up to standard.

An eight point code of conduct has been agreed by Sprayway to ensure that work and wage principles are at their highest and to protect workers from being exploited.
