Nissan continues to push the boundaries of bold design and technology with the launch of the new Nissan Juke ENIGMA special version of the manufacturer’s iconic compact crossover.
The ENIGMA special version comes packed with advanced technologies, such as Amazon Alexa voice experience compatibility for the first time. The ENIGMA as well as all the latest generation Jukes comes equipped with the NissanConnect infotainment system. The Nissan Skill allows drivers to control some of their vehicle functions remotely from their smartphone or Alexa-enabled device. For example, by asking Alexa, you can remotely find out your car’s doors lock/unlock status, how much fuel you have left, turn the car’s lights on, as well as send a new location to the on-board navigation system.
As regards the design of the ENIGMA, the car has been styled to give an enhanced stealth-like look with items such as deep black, 19-inch Akari (meaning “light” in Japanese) alloy wheels, enhancing the Juke’s sporty stance. Add to that bespoke, intricate graphic patterns that adorn the coupe-style roof line and door mirrors and eye-catching ENIGMA signature graphic on the C-pillar, which can be complemented with a choice of three paint combinations including Gun Metallic Grey or Storm White with a Black roof, or all black.
Turning to the car’s interior, the ENIGMA offers a command centre-style suite of advanced technologies, whereby the driver can deploy a comprehensive array of smart alerts, navigation and connectivity functions via the NissanConnect Services app on their smartphone. The on-board NissanConnect infotainment system provides an in-car hub for these features as well as seamless smartphone integration for safe use whilst driving.
Once the Alexa Nissan Skill is enabled in the Alexa app and linked to your NissanConnect Services account, you can connect your car to the Alexa device at home to monitor and control a selection of vehicle functions through a suite of 13 bespoke utterances.
